Once you have enough energy for Archon's Blessing, cast it and use Leap of Faith as your primary ability to move, damage, repeat. You'll also gain the advantage of cleaving them both if you can get them in the cone of Ascendant Strike. This can be difficult to get down but may prove easier than dodging arrows and dervish farther away from her. The key to doing this as Kleia is to stand just outside of melee range of Myn'ir and walk around her to make her rotate while firing arrows. If you back peddle in a circle around Myn'ir, you should be be able to dodge arrows while also lining them both up to get hit by your Ascendant Strike and maintain Keen Insight every time it is ready. This will be a more difficult strategy since you'll be keeping them both in and just outside of melee range. Start by using your Keen Insight, cast Leap of Faith in between the two, and begin your strafing/dodging.Īs mentioned earlier, the Leap of Faith gives you a great mobility advantage for dodging arrow waves when it's ready. If timed well, you can leap to dodge both arrow clusters and damage both Alderyn and Myn'ir in one AoE slam. You'll also be following the same strafing and dodging patterns but this time you'll have the advantage of being able to leap over arrows using your Leap of Faith. The same strategy for using Deep Echo Trident in the Courage fight applies here: use it only to interrupt Anima Seed on Alderyn. We'll be using Kleia'a soulbind to brute force this challenge. The influx of anima has strengthened the memory of Alderyn and Myn'ir, increasing their health and damage. Suggested Charms: I recommend Charm of Persistence and Charm of Fortitude to help with your survivability.

I've opted in to give it a shot with Kleia and here is the strategy that worked for me. You could use the same strategy as before with Pelagos on Courage. This means Kalisthene, Echthra, Alderyn and Myn'ir, Nuuminuuru, Craven Corinth, and Splinterbark Nightmare. To unlock this battle you must first defeat the first 6 memories on the Courage tier of difficulty. Once you beat them for the first time on this difficulty with Pelagos, congratulations! You've now earned: Blueprint: Charm of Quickness and will move on to unlock the next fighter. Needing to stand in the circle to stop it from exploding keeps you pinned in a small area and is not good for dodging Myn'ir's arrows or Alderyn's Anima Dervish which is a ground AoE (large blue swirl). However, Anima Seed should be your priority. It's important to pay attention to which spell Alderyn is casting as they are all interruptable. If you miss the interrupt or have your trident on cooldown, you can stand in the circle around the seed which will slowly shrink it until it disappears. The Anima Seed is a blue orb that spawns somewhere near you and will explode after 20 seconds. Using it during this cast will interrupt him and stop the seed from being summoned which allows you to focus all your damage on them.

I suggest saving your Deep Echo Trident for when he casts Anima Seed. Cast your Confront Memories and grab the defense buff and then focus entirely on Alderyn.Īlderyn is a caster and will spam anima spells. Myn'ir has also been given updated movement which will make her line up a better shot if you try to break her line of sight around a statue.Ī good opener is casting Aspirant's Bindings to bind them in place while then using as much of Test of Faith as you can without getting hit by the first round of arrows from Myn'ir. You can strafe in a circle around her to dodge the arrows, as well.

However, don't get too close to Myn'ir or the arrows will drop you quick. Dealing AoE damage to them also means they take double the damage. The two also share a health pool which means damaging one will damage both. The arrows can be tough to dodge but slowly strafing away from Mayn'ir, rotating around her, while damaging Alderyn can ease the strain of the arrow clusters being too close together to dodge well. The core strategy will be to interrupt Adleryn while dodging Myn'ir's arrows. Suggested Charms: None available yet/needed If you've just unlocked the Path of Ascension trials you'll first want to progress through the beginning by acquiring Kalisthene and beating her which will then allow you to acquire Alderyn and Myn'ir. This will be a direct walkthrough on preparation and strategies for defeating Alderyn and Myn'ir on various difficulties and will be updated as more content is released/beaten.
